I have attached a screen shot, but some of our windows 10 machines don't show the OS build number, even though they have just been scanned. I can't work out why some don't show up.

We are running 7.0.30.66 although I see there is a newer version available now.

Because some assets have connection scanning error, I have used LS_Agent to scan them and they appear to scan successfully. It is only happening on some assets as most have the correct details, very strange.

Some things you can check:
  • Your Lansweeper version is higher than 6.0.0.64
  • You asset has been successfully scanned and does not have scanning errors.
Lastly, you can do a connection test to one of the problem client machine with testconnection.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server.
