I am looking for some help/advice to make this possible, it seems very doable. I have to update 60 machines or so with monthly updates on the second Tuesday of every month. I know there is a way to create a deployment package to do so manually every month I am just not quite there yet knowledge wise. Is there any advice or tips I can receive from anyone on how to tackle this issue?

We cannot provide support for creating specific deployment packages, but general instructions for creating and running packages (manually or based on a schedule) can be found in this section of our knowledge base. We did post a sample package to update Windows computers in our installer center a while back. You can find it here.
