when you do the disk cleanup task in say win 7, then you select system files after the first report comes up, there are things that can be big like windows updates cleanup, system error dumps, old operating systems.
Is there a way to get that report in LS or similar then use perhaps a task/action etc off the report to delete those things?
I hope that makes sense the way I worded it.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to scan specif folders for size. Currently it is only possible to get the size of a physical hard drive or a partition.
As a workaround, you could create or use a report which only has assets with very low amount of free space left on their hard drive. By using the deployment module, you can then schedule a deployment which deploys a script that runs the Windows disk cleanup tool on the assets which are in the report mentioned earlier.
An example of such a script would be this: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Disk-Cleanup-Using-98ad13bc
