We assume your Wyse P25 terminals are scanned through SNMP. If so, we gather this information from SNMP on the device. We recommend rescanning the devices with the 'Rescan Asset' button to get the most up to date information. However, most likely SNMP itself is returning incorrect data, which is unfortunately not something we can fix.
