This page provides information on the supported protocols for Lansweeper OT and instructions on adding custom protocol configurations.

Lansweeper OT allows you to scan various vendors' devices with supported protocols. 

Various protocols are supported by default, but you can also add protocol configurations as necessary.

Supported protocols

The table below shows a list of supported protocols, as well as associated vendors and their devices.

Some vendors may be supported that are not listed, so long as they use a supported protocol.

You can also view a list of supported protocols in the Hub > Protocols.

OPC UA is supported by multiple vendors.

Add protocol configurations

You can create a custom protocol configuration to scan your OT devices, if necessary. 

To add a protocol configuration:

1. In the Hub, go to Protocols.
2. Select Add new.
3. Enter a name and protocol.
4. Enter the advanced configuration details.
5. Select Save.
