How does Auto-Update of IT Agent work? For example, next month a newly released version from "IT Agent" is released, We don't need to "re-deploy" the agent back into the environment?

IT Agent has an auto-update service built in. It checks our API to see if there's a new version. Next, it uses the maintenance period you defined in the discovery groups to determine when it can auto-update in the background.
