How to retire Lansweeper On-Premise (Classic) when moving to Cloud/Network Discovery?

To retire your current Lansweeper On-Premises (Classic):
First, link all your on-premises installations to a Lansweeper site using this guide: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/sites/link-lansweeper-on-prem-with-lansweeper-sites/ta-p/64514 .

Optionally, if you wish to update to our new scanning engine, you can install Network Discovery (on the same/different device) and link it to the same Lansweeper Site.

Once you set up the Network Discovery, you can start retiring the database server (and the Lansweeper on-premises installation).

Please note that some functionality is not yet available. We recommend checking if the required features are available before performing the migration and retirement of Lansweeper on-premises (classic):
