There could be a few reasons why the antivirus (AV) version isn’t being detected correctly:
Scan Issues

How Lansweeper Detects Antivirus Software
Check if your AV software can be detected by Lansweeper. Lansweeper uses two methods to detect antivirus software:

It pulls data from the AntiVirusProduct WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) class.

It looks at the software list in the Software tab of a computer's webpage and compares it with the list of known antivirus software found in the web console under Software > Anti-Virus Settings.
