i havw installed this software.

it's nice to see the information of  data and ports, but I'm not able to export data. could someone help  on reports.

I try to scan without creds and lock my AD account.

Also antivirus was in panic.

Also i  notice  UDP  ports details are not shown when we perform full scan range.

Hi Kiran

The port scanner functionality is only doing TCP scans.
The main reason why we decided to not include UDP is because it's very slow, and the results are also not reliable in bulk due to the nature of UDP.

Export functionality can be found in our main product.

Thanks, May i ask if you are referring to Lansweeper classic   product or IP  Scanner tool main  product .

Is it  possible to  have  separate exclusive  ip scanner  product  with  full functionality  reports  having features TCP/UDP  ports scan for  full range.

Nice tool!

I suggest to add credential free scanning capabilities as FING currently does in it's free version.   For some assets the ip scanner was able to recognize the correct model and manufacturer.  For other assets the fields were empty or partially discovered.

Hello, during the execution of the soft, I receveid a Pop-up "This version of the application is no longer supported and will shut down shortly. Please download the latest version from here"

But I did download the latest version of the software.

When I execute the soft, it tries enter this url but it's drop because my VM is not open on internet "ns1-07.azure-dns.com. azuredns-hostmaster.microsoft.com"

 Is It normal ?

Our IP scanner requires internet connection in order to work because it uses an API for device identification.
You are receiving this error message because there is no internet connection present.

Hi there,

By default the option to scan neighbour subnets should not enabled. Did not noticed it before trying my first scan and after it detected some multi-homed device it started to scan other subnets and even made some part of it be blocked as scan was detected.
