2FA - Two Factor Authentication

This would really complicate the work of the company, but it is still not the last instance in the protection of the system, but an important component of it. Our company is concerned about the security of access to its system, so 2fa stands on windows logon and is also protected by win RDP. Using windows logon application protection significantly reduces the risk of system intrusion due to windows two factor authentication. I hope that in the future you will add a full-fledged 2fa function, I would like to enjoy working with your products even more, but at the moment all the necessary functions are performed perfectly.

This would really be a critical feature. At this point being in 2020 our organization is moving to require MFA on any systems like this that have management capability as well as access to sensitive information.

MFA for Windows would NOT be an option for our environment as 80% of our staff are prohibited from having phones or personal devices with them due to the sensitive nature of our business.

Unfortunately, Lansweeper currently does not have a built-in Multi-Factor Authentication option. Multi-Factor Authentication has been requested before by our customers and is already on our customer wish list. We have tagged this topic as a feature request to add weight to this. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an estimated release date for this feature at this moment.

Alternatively you could create a MFA environment by forcing MFA for Windows users and turning on Windows integrated authentication for Lansweeper. MFA for Windows will then in turn also be MFA for Lansweeper. You can find more information about how to enable integrated authentication in these knowledgebase articles:

This shouldn't be considered a solution. This is more of a work-around. Because LanSweeper stores so much sensitive data and has substantial access, it should be part of any modern application's configuration to allow MFA. When will we see this being implemented?
