Lansweeper SNMPv3 - Unable to fetch infos

Good morning

I tried to scan SNMPv3 to APC UPS and other devices but to no avail.

The result is also negative from the Device Tester, both using SNMPv3 with Authentication, privacy and encryption and without.

SNMP disabled or wrong community is the error.

Doing some tests from other tools functions correctly.

How can it be solved?

Has anyone succeeded?

Long Story short, I was able to solve the problem by:

- Using an snmpv3 username shorter than 10 chars

- Using MD5 and DES

- Using an snmpv3 authentication pwd and passphrase shorter than 20 chars
