Champion Sweeper

I get a lot of requests for inventory levels and different report features. I was wondering if it were possible in future releases to have some sort of AI chat bot that can help users who don't want to or know how to use Lansweeper or find reports to get information they need?

For Example:

AI Bot: "Hi! Is there anything I can help you with?"

User: "I need to know how many Dell monitors we have in stock."

AI Bot: "Sure! According to latest reporting, there are 304 Dell monitors in stock. Here is a link to a report that shows all of the monitors in stock: (LINK HERE)"

User: "How many of those monitors are listed as being unopened?"

AI Bot: "Of the 304 Dell monitors in stock, 244 are listed as being 'new'."

User: "How many Dell monitors are currently deployed?"

AI Bot: "At present, 1824 Dell monitors are currently listed as 'Deployed' or are 'Active' in your environment."

Subsequently, if there are queries that the user wants to create, would that be possible with something like ChatGPT, either in Sites or Classic?

Example: "Can you generate a report that meets the following criteria: Windows computers, Mac computers, Dell Monitors, Lenovo Monitors, USB-C docking stations that are currently deployed but are not assigned a user relation?"

AI Bot: "Sure thing! Give me just a moment!"

AI Bot: "Your report is ready to view: (LINK HERE)"

Hi @rinks - love the way you are thinking about this! You'll be pleased to know that we are in fact exploring this very theme, both in terms of the way in which we will be allowing our users to leverage natural language processing to interrogate their tech estate, AND a little further in the future, ways in which that same notion can extend to actions that can be performed on your LS Sites. These are exploratory ideas currently, so we'll be sure to share further information when we've made progress on that front, right here on the community.

Thanks
