Lansweeper has done a lot for us. We purchased it because of how well it works. We also purchased additional Helpdesk agent licenses because of how great the helpdesk is coming along.
My only criticism of Lansweeper so far is the formatting of any exported reports. Good reporting features are something that is sorely underappreciated. Several of competitor products have predefined report templates that help with the readability of exported reports.
Normally this is not an issue when disseminating these reports within the IT and helpdesk departments- but once we start sharing these reports with other departments (Such as monthly/quarterly tickets opened/closed)requires a heavy investment of time to export the reports and manually clean them up in Excel or word to make them presentable.
My Lansweeper Wish is for Lansweeper to create a better report template to make reports better looking and more easy to read.
