We need to be able to have the ability to edit the date of a time entry on a ticket. Ideally, it would be limited to certain roles (i.e. a supervisor can edit their own time plus help desk personnel time, but help desk personnel cannot modify the date of the time entry themselves). We're having to do this with a messy SQL update currently.
If I create a Note in a Ticket I can add and modify the time. The Wish is, that normaly, I write the Tickets/Notes at the end of the Day or Week. So is it possible to change the Creationday of the Ticket and the Notes retroactive?
This way it would be possible to create a Report by Day, Customer and the time totaly worked on.
