I would like the lansweeper to have a built-in file server which I can use for deployments. Thus, I could upload the files needed for a deployment to the server using an upload button, and then make the deployment itself have a pre-created step called get file that would be a dropdown with the executables previously uploaded to the file server.
I think it would be safer if the files were obtained via curl and not via smb, since this is insecure in itself and there have been many cases of protocol vulnerabilities, not to mention the risk of ramsonware.
I have managed to do this on my own using a third-party file server and using my own commands, but I think it is something easy to implement by lansweeper and that it would greatly improve the functionality of the deployments.
