Hello,

i have the problem that our IP telephones are not found.
They are in our IP subnetnet with an different vlan number.
If i manually add the device the button is green and a ping is ok.

On the port of the switch there is only shown the mac adress
What can i do?

There are no protocols open on this phone, which is why it wasn't detected. Lansweeper only adds a device to the database if it can retrieve data from it.

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with a screenshot of a connection test performed to one of these IP phones using the DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the phone's IP address, and show us the entire test window.
