Is there a plan for dynamic pricing or true-up? Or smaller packs than 2000 assets maybe?
Maybe separated license with different number of assets in IT and OT ?

We have a lot of non-standard ICT components in our networks (video components like encoders, surveillance camera's). I would like to be able to set EOL/EOS dates for these components and manage from a single point. Already looked at the API but I don's see any options. Can you tell if there are any options? Custom fields are not very convenient because they are not selectable in the reports..

@Ronald , regarding the use of Custom Fields in the API - we are just finishing work on synchronization and other improvements related to Custom Fields.  One of the improvements we will be delivering is the availability of Custom Fields in Lansweeper Site Reports, allowing you to filter based on Custom Field values.  You will also be able to query them using our API.

Hi @Ronald

Thank you for contacting us.

Currently we don't support manually setting EOL/EOS dates. This feature is being considered for future updates to allow users to provide this information via a feedback loop. For now, EOL/EOS dates are calculated by our normalisation and enrichment system.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Hi, does the new cloud integration provide ability to read cost/billing related to specific public cloud resources?

HI @piochfinder, our Cloud Discovery preview released today does not yet offer greater visibility of your billing data related to your cloud resources, but these insights will be available at a later date.

I'm using Lansweeper on-premise for years. But, in the new releases I understand the ticket system is not available anymore. Will it come back?

@pnoppers , the ticketing system continues to be available in the on-premises interface.  We are not currently improving this functionality, but you can continue to use it in the latest on-premises version.

Will there be an MSI version of the Agent installer released?

Yes. Although not available yet right now, we're working on the MSI version for both IT Agent and Network Discovery, scheduled to be released later on.
