We currently use Express Metrics for asset tracking and although I don't like it, the premium feature is being able to track software usage and reconsolidate licences.I realise this may need a client/service installed on the machine which isn't ideal...

like the subject says: i'd like the ability to read binary regisry keys from scans. my main reason for this is to get the symantec virus definition date from the registry, but there are other uses as well.thanks,tim

Perhaps add an optional ability to set a LanSweeper, instance specific "service key", configurable by the Administrator. A simple text string could suffice.This key, if set, would be validated by the LS server instance for any LSPush direct requests ...
