Hi,
I've a question with the license tracking.
How can we insert 2 software with 2 different expiration dates.
Exemple:
I bought TeamViewer (exemple 🙂 ) with an 1 year subscription the 01/31/2017 and expire the 01/31/2018
1 month later I bought again an 1 year subscription for an another computer the 17/02/2018 and expire the 17/02/2018
They have the same version, but I can't set two different licence.
I know I can set many licence in the Orders tab, but if I set the subscription date for the 01/31/2018, LanSweeper will warn that the license of 02/17/2018 will expire on 01/31/2018 too.
There is a solution for this situation ?
Thanks

It's currently only possible to set expiration dates for software on the license level, not on the order level unfortunately. We are developing a rework of the license compliance module currently though. I've passed on your feedback and moved this forum topic to the wishlist section in this context. At this moment in time we don't have an estimated release date for this rework though.

Hi,
This feature would really help a lot for SAM persons !
Overlapping contracts for the same software are just impossible to manage with an expiration date at software level as a whole.
It should definitely be managed at order level.
This would also allow to keep the contracts history available in one single place (even when not overlapping)
Any progress since 2017 ?
Thanks by advance !
