How can rescan this computer?

With lsclient I resolve the problem but I have the problem on more clients.
I can't run locally for all clients.

If I delete the client from permanently button I delete forever?

No, they will be picked up at the next scan.

You can try to scan the computer manually with lsclient.

I try also restart the service but the pc that is deleted with "permanently delete selected computers" not rescan.

If you have active scanning enabled the computer will automatically be rescanned.
