At the moment, SAP LeanIX doesn’t provide a native out-of-the-box connector specifically for Lansweeper, so most organizations handle this integration through custom interfaces or middleware solutions. While the Excel import/export method works as a short-term approach, it’s not ideal for maintaining real-time synchronization.
A more sustainable solution is to use the LeanIX Integration API or ETL tools like Power Automate, Informatica, or MuleSoft to automate data exchange between Lansweeper and LeanIX. This allows asset data to flow directly into LeanIX’s Inventory, keeping the application landscape up to date without manual intervention.
From my experience, and after reviewing related insights on Pass4Future, organizations that build lightweight API-based connectors achieve better visibility and accuracy across their IT asset and architecture repositories. While SAP hasn’t officially announced a dedicated Lansweeper connector yet, using LeanIX’s open APIs gives enough flexibility to design a reliable custom integration.
