Engaged Sweeper II
Hi,

I stumbled upon the Report (Asset: Antivirus Expired). I also checked the report is queuing "tblAntivirus.productUpToDate".

What I don't understand is, how is it steered which Version is "Up to Date" and which not.

For example:

I want that SEP Version 12.1.4013.4013 is shown as up to date, and every Version below, e.g. Version 12.1.3001.165 is NOT up to date.

Under Configuration - Software - Anti-Virus, I can't find this limitation, and I wonder where I can costumize this?

Thanks and

BR from Germany

The value of tblAntivirus.productUpToDate is being pulled from a WMI class on the client computer. The value is set by Windows to either 0 (not up-to-date) or 1 (up-to-date). It is dependent on the Antivirus software itself.

It is a known issue that this WMI class sometimes does not contain the correct information. What you could try is to use the Deployment feature of Lansweeper 5.2 and deploy the package described here, which will cause this WMI class to be reset: http://www.lansweeper.com/Forum/yaf_postst9878_Delete-Antivirus-WMI.aspx#post38305
