you can add Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI
Value: LastLoggedOnUser to registry scanning, and make a report - aaaand i just realized I didn't answer the question and I can't delete my post...... awkward 🙂 BUT: i guess anything other than built-in administrator would mean there was/is a profile

Lansweeper may be able to gather information via the registry[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList] ?
