Find out which SSD is built in

Hello Guys,

is there a way to be able to see which PC has which SSD built in it would be enough to know the Manufacture, Samsung etc.

Since we had multiple Failures of Intenso SSDs we wont to figure out which PCs have them built in and switch them out but Lansweeper does only show the Space of the Device..

Would be cool if there is a Way
