Where can I find OT Discovery Change Logs URL. It keeps on redirecting me to the Lansweeper Classic on Prem version.

The OT project is now part of our Network Discovery offering. 

The changelog for that is now published in our Cloud application (app.lansweeper.com), under Configuration\Installations\Download installers/packages
