Frequency of execution of adobe acrobat DC

We want to evaluate how often adobe acrobat dc is used per user per month to save licenses. For this we want to use the eventlog for adobe acrobat dc entries. Does anyone have an idea for this ?

I'm sure there are better ideas, but I think you could use an AppLocker GPO to audit the times an application has been allowed to run, these events are logged in event viewer so LANSweeper could scan for the relevant event id.
