I feel like I've seen this somewhere but I'm having trouble finding it. I'm hoping for a report that will show me all security groups that have no members in them.

Could you double-check that your groups have recently and successfully been scanned, to ensure accurate results. AD groups are scanned with Domain User Scanning.

I ran that report and it returned all groups, not just groups with no members.
