Hi,
Is there anyway to run a report that shows the software and its MSI uninstall id (e.g. A4BFF20C-A21E-4720-88E5-79D5A5AEB2E8) ?

This information is not currently scanned. However, the deployment feature of Lansweeper Professional and above comes with an MSIuninstall step. When adding this step to your deployment package, you are able to choose the software to be uninstalled from a list of scanned software. Therefore you don't need the GUID. For details on how to create a deployment package, please refer to this KB article.
