Hi,
We have ScreenConnect installed on an Azure VM. Since installing Lansweeper, particular the NPCAP software, we are unable to access the ScreenConnect portal.
I had to uninstall the NPCAP to get the portal working again.
For the ScreenConnect portal access, we set port forwarding rules: - 443 - 8040 - 8041
Why would the NPCAP software conflict with ScreenConnect?

Hi Stealth,
We have not had reports of any issues with NPCAP and Screenconnect. You can try posting this in the Screenconnect forums also.
We recommend trying the below troubleshooting steps to see if that helps.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
- Check for Port Conflicts:
Use netstat -ano in the VM's command prompt to check if any other applications are using ScreenConnect's ports.
- NPCAP Configuration:
Explore NPCAP's configuration options to see if there are any settings that might be causing the conflict.
- Firewall Rules:
Verify that Windows firewall rules are not blocking ScreenConnect's traffic.
- Driver Updates:
Ensure that all network drivers, including NPCAP, are up to date.
