We use a report from LS each month to pull the Software: Projects & Visio report and we use this report for billing our area offices for their licenses for Microsoft Project and Visio.
I am noticing each month we have a growing number of these licenses that show up on the report assigned to computers that have been returned, wiped and reused where the new user does NOT have/use project or visio.
Aside from hunting down each individual asset (which has been wiped so I'm not sure if that would even help)... I am wondering if there is a way to remove these licenses so that they no longer show up on our report for billing purposes.
