Hello
We use Heimdal to patch our machines.
When i run OS reports, particualyt the pre made Patch reports, all the machines have this error:
Windows update information may not be up to date. We recommend rescanning this machine.
How can I fix this?

Since it is set to can only every 7 days, that windows update information will only be updated only 7 days. Change the 7 to a 0 to have the windows updates scanned every time.

I have ours set to 0 so it is scanned every time. That way the windows update report stays up to date.

Thats because you have the Quickfix item to scan every 7 days. You can change it to a 0 and the Quickfix will be scanned every time the computer is scanned.

Also go to the asset page of a windows computer then click on scan time. Look for the scan item Quickfix. What is the last date that Quickfix was scanned?

Actually it can be either one. What is the number in the refresh column?

You will need to make sure that Lansweeper is configured to scan installed Windows updates. Complete the following steps:
1.Under the scanning menu go to scanned item interval.
2. Under the scanned Item column look for quickfix.
3.In the enable column change it to scanserver and rescan your assets.
