How can a password be reset for a user who has not yet logged into the Lansweeper Cloud environment?
Password resets are only possible for existing user accounts. Since this user has not yet created an account, a password reset cannot be performed.
To proceed, follow these steps:
The user must first register at https://app.lansweeper.com.
After the account has been created, a site owner can invite the user to a Cloud Site by following the steps outlined here: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/sites/add-users-to-a-cloud-site/ta-p/64537
