I don't receive the emails from Technical Support?

Answer

We frequently encounter cases where customers are blocking our Salesforce emails due to geoblocking. In most situations, their network or mail server is blacklisting IP addresses originating from Europe.

This issue can be resolved by whitelisting the appropriate Salesforce IP ranges, as outlined here:

Our traffic is routed through IP ranges in both the RIPE and ARIN regions.
