Is it possible to integrate Lansweeper with ServiceNow via API? Is there any additional license cost to do this within Lansweeper?

Yes, Lansweeper offers native, out-of-the-box integrations with ServiceNow that leverage APIs for data synchronization and enrichment. Currently, there are two available ServiceNow integrations:

Each integration serves different use cases, so we recommend reviewing both options to determine which best fits your requirements.

Licensing and Pricing

  • All Lansweeper integrations, including the ServiceNow integrations listed above, are available with Pro and higher plans.

  • The Starter plan only includes Service Desk ticket enrichment integrations.

  • The ServiceNow integrations are not Service Desk ticket enrichment integrations and therefore require a Pro (or higher) license.

There is no additional license cost within Lansweeper specifically for enabling the ServiceNow integrations beyond the required plan level. For full and up-to-date pricing details, please refer to:
