I've recently updated to v12.1.0.1 and now I'm getting invalid format when entering dates in tickets. I did not get this error with v12.0.0.1 (I believe that was the previous version I was using). I've changed the format in my profile but it does not matter if I'm entering data in YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY format.
