How to register and login to Community

  1. To register and sign into Community, click on the Avatar button in the upper right corner of the top navigation bar.
  2. If you already have a Community account, enter your email address and 'click Login 'and you will be asked for your password.
  3. Alternatively to register for the first time follow these steps:
    • On the login page, click on Register at the bottom,
    • You will be redirected to enter an email and password: We recommend using a work/company email address
    • Accept terms of use
  4. Choose your community username and click submit to finish your account registration
  5.  Go to your email inbox and click on the link we sent you to verify your account. You need to verify your account within 24 hours. Don’t forget to check your SPAM Folder and/or whitelist  community@mail.lansweeper.com

Note: You can recover an old community account from the previous Lansweeper forum: Use the ‘Recover Previous Username’ option to recover your old account (read the instructions further below).

How to recover previous accounts from retired Lansweeper Forum and/Insider

To recover an old Lansweeper forum, on the Complete Your Profile  page  click the option to ‘Recover previous username'

  1. Enter your email address used on the previous forum username and submit
  2. Go to your email inbox and click on the verification link to confirm account setup (see the message highlighted in blue further below)
  3. Don’t forget to check your SPAM Folder and/or whitelist community@mail.lansweeper.com to make sure you receive our emails.
