3.5 Upgrade Script Timeout Expired

Hi - I ran the upgrade script from 3.2 to 3.5 - but after a minute or so the script said "Timeout Expired".

What should I do now to resolve this?

I suggest to run the upgrade script again but this time use the sqlserver management console.
Ignore any errors you should receive.
