about lstrigger

Hi lansweeper developer,

When my lansweeper in 3.2 edition the lstrigger can be running, but upgrade to 3.5 edition

the lstrigger isn't running.

It also responds success in 3.5 edition, but the computer information doesn't update.

I don't find any error in errorlog.txt. What can I do ? Thanks for your help.

I see that the first part of the license key is missing in the screenshot.
(check for linebreaks in the key when pasting)

Could you post the error that you get when trying to validate your license please.
Also please PM me your license key so I can test

Yes, It's ok.

but I have another question.

When I use lsmanager entered licese key, it will be valid.

I use sql to insert licese key to Tsysconfig, and restart the lansweeper service. The licese key is ok.

Can you help me using lsmanager entered the licese key. Thanks.
