Request: Report (and chart) of Assets that cannot be scanned

Hi there,I'd like a simple pie chart showing all Windows devices in an IP location which reflect what can (and has been) scanned, vs what Lansweeper can see but cannot scan (for whatever reason)Hope that makes sense.Cheers

Resolved! Disable "Assets Concerning" for end users

I don't wish (at this time) to have my users select the "assets concerned" in the ticket form. Can I disable the button entirely, or on a per-ticket-type basis?

Resolved! Disable getting my own email replies sent through the console

Whenever I reply to a ticket within the console, both myself and the user gets a reply. Obviously the user needs to see my reply, but I don't need to get an email to see what I wrote.How can I disable that?
