Access Lansweeper database from remote

I just installed Lansweeper as default (I think it has SQL Compact), now I need to connect an external tool to it. It asks for:
Database Name
Username
Password
Port

What are the defaults? What I have to do to make it's database listening from external ips (not only localhost)?
Do I need to reinstall it with SQL Express?

I want to use lansweeper as a dashboard for the helpdesk system. Actually I am evaluating it.

Thanks, reinstalled with SQL express, now it works

You cannot access SQL compact remotely, you will need to use SQL (express)
