Action items do not work

When I try to trigger an action item (for example remote control) the prompt appears asking "do you want to
run lsclient "computername" but then nothing happens. An error icon appears in the lower left of the browser with the error: Problems on this webpage prevent it from functioning properly: "Automation server can't create object".

All of the action items give the same error. I believe I have correctly configured the premium tools as directed in the premium documentation.

I'm running the web service through port 81, would that make a difference?

The problem is that you didn't configure internet explorer correctly. see : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/customactions.aspx
