Resolved! Active Users per Year

hi,how would i perform a query which shows AD Users for a given year. I.E.Year - Users2014 - 15002015 - 16002016 - 16502017 - 1700Using the "Date Created" and "Last Scaned" to determin if a user was active at the time.

Is it possible to set the Comments section to view/edit only after a comment has been entered? Once the comment is entered I would like it to not be able to be deleted.

ticket search

Hello,I have added a user which is Helpdesk Agent only. I can't find the "search ticked" when i'm logged in whit this user.If i change the agend role combined whit assests it will display the search option. Can this be changed anywhere?RegardsRobin
