hi
i have a 30 day trial of lansweeper.
so far i have been able to get most options in the "action screen" area setup.
im having problems with the last five.
ie

computer uptime
Delete old user profiles
remote processes
show open files
who's logged in

when i click on these i get

'psfile.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

do i need to chnage anything in the lansweeper configuration?
i have left them as the default settings...

cmd.exe /K uptime.exe {computer} /s

Thanks

Damien

Do you mean you run the tools from your workstation connecting to the client? (try to refresh the browser page)

Hi
Thanks for that.

i made the changes and have tested it out and it seems to work.
but on one xp machine which is currently live on the network, when i try to run the commands

computer uptime
Delete old user profiles
remote processes
show open files
who's logged in

i get the same, "file not found" error as before.

why would this be working ok on most machines, and not on this one?

Should be something like:

cmd.exe /K \\myserver\lstools\uptime.exe {computer} /s

Hi
i have that pack downloaded, and placed on a share, but i cant seem to call them from the action screen.

the action for the uptime command is currently.
cmd.exe /K uptime.exe {computer} /s

the action for the screen grab work, and i have it set as follows
\\myserver\lstools\screengrab.exe {computer}

how do i set up the uptime to run in the same way, ie off the action screen??
Thanks

You can download an "action pack" from http://www.lansweeper.com/download.aspx containing these files.

(these files are just examples, you can include anything you like in the actions)
