I installed LS on a Windows Server. I access the web site from my pc. The actions commands on the page does not work. I copied the executables to my pc, and I registered with the license key. Is it valid?

I'm trying to use the screen grab tool. It does not work with my domain user. I use RUN AS instead, using a domain administrator user. But it still doesn't work.

If I connect to the remote host using C$ with domain administrator credencials, and after that I use the screen grab tools, this time it works fine.

Do I need something special?

From the website, clicking on the action, IE does not do anything.

Executing the exe file, the error is "Unable to connect to host XXX. Access Denied".

But I connect to computer\C$ from Windows Explorer, the exe works fine. The website action even doesn't work

What is the exact error you get, please post a screenshot.
