Actions/Custom Actions/Plugin for FireFox

I started with the freebee version of lansweeper and added the license into it last week. I can't seem to get either the "built in premium" actions or the custom actions to work.

I'm using Firefox 3.5 beta with the lansweeper plugin installed.


1.) How do I get the actions to work
2.) How do I get the custom actions to work
3.) How do I get them to work from Firefox 3.5 beta?

I will try with IE 8 and report back.

In Internet Explorer 8 I cannot get them to work either. But I do get an error telling me:
Error: Automation server can't create object

Then it ask's if I want more explanation on how to configure custom actions.

I have followed the instructions and restarted IE but I still get the same error.

So, I cannot use either the custom or premier actions in either IE or FF.
