VNC wont connet & remote controll

hi
i just have a quick question about the VNC option in action screen.
at the moment it wont connect, it gives a "failed to connect to server !" error.
i have added the vncviewer.exe to my lstools share and my custom options for it are as follows.
\\myserver\lstools\vncviewer.exe {computer}

also
for the remote control this seems to work fine for desktops, but when trying to connect to servers, all i get is a blank screen.....

has anyone seen this before??

Thanks for the quick response.... 🙂
the vnc software isnt installed on all the machines in the plant, just a few.
Does it mean, to be able to run that, you need each machine to have VNC viewer installed?

for the remote control, i think it is the beta version....

Yes, that's why we have the lsremote tool.
