Hi All;

We are facing a problem. Active Directory Information is empty on ACTION SCREEN tab. Is there anybody can help us to fix this problem?

Hi There;

I already download the pack, on my perspective it just need to replace. How can i replace all the things that i already downlaod?
Trying to stop services on "Service" and Stop services on "IIS" but still can't replace the files. Please give me an instruction how to replace the files. Thanks.

To upgrade from the latest version to the premium version you only need to replace the premium service.
All other files are standalone.

To replace the service you need to follow the instructions in the file how-to-install.pdf in the premium zip file

I have exactly the same problem.

The name of the service ist just "Lansweeper Service" and the description field is empty.

But when I make a right click on the lansweeperservice.exe and got to properties -> general the description says 'Lansweeper Premium Server'.

So I think I am using the right version.

I can see Active Directory Information on the ACTION SCREEN tab, but I can't see any Active directory computer information like OU, Location, FQDN ...

Could you open the errorlog.txt in your service folder and check if there are any errors in it.

The services description is empty, i assume we are still using the free edition. How can we make the service into Premium Edition? Where we can download the Premium Edition? Please give us a link to download it.

When you right click on the service the description should be "lansweeper premium server"
If it is started you should check for errors in the errorlog.txt file

We have done all the requirements, but it is still empty. could you pease update us what things that we need to check?

We already buy premium version, how can we recognize the lansweeper that we already install is a premium version?
