I can't seem to figure out how to get the application to pick up active directory info.
also when i tried to limit the access of the website to just our Enterprise Admin group it does not work. I think possibly the 2 are connected, if i can get it to recognize active directory it should also recognize the group.

Folow the information in this thread: http://forum.lansweeper.com/yaf_postst639_LS-doesnt-work-after-Upgrade-to-31.aspx

Open the web.config and set debug=false to "true"
Open the file state.aspx and set debug=false to "true"

now surf to state.aspx.

You should see the error description now.

we have downloaded and installed the the most current version it is now getting A/D data.
when we try to secure the website it will authenticate the user(s) but will not allow any data to be displayed. Any ideas on how to fix this?

What exactly do you get after the auntentication process?
What were the changes that you made?

Did you replace the normal service with the premium service?
When you right click on the service executable the description should be : "Lansweeper Premium Server"
