Active Directory

Hello,

i checked the boxes:
"refresh active directory computer details" and
"refresh active directory user details"

Can i force a refreshing or how often is this refreshing?

To see if I understand this correctly. I just checked those two boxes and have a few OUs targeted for scanning. Say for OU 1 there are 12 users in AD but Lansweeper has only imported 3 of them even after I manually initiate a scan. Now that I have those boxes checked the next time the AD scan runs (every 24 hrs) it will populate the rest of them but there is no way to force it?

These actions are unrelated to the actual scanning.
Users will be imported if they are found logged on to a workstation at the time of the scan.

The refresh action refreshes information from the users already in the database.
