I've setup lansweeper with the active scan settings, specifying the domains and the domain credentials for each of my domains. However, lansweeper keeps putting the domain computers in the wrong domains.

Domain 1 remains empty
Domain 2 contains computers from Domain 3
Domain 3 contains only a partial list of computers (the rest residing in Domain 2)

I just completed a complete re-install of lansweeper, so I have 3.5.1 installed.

The lansweeper service runs as a domain user in Domain 3, should it be running as a local account, so that the credentials of the service are not used?

The only other thing that I can think of is that the username and password on each of the domains is the same, could this be causing problems within lansweeper?

What's the e-mail address that I would use to send you the screenshots and errorlog?

Could you also post the errorlog.txt file please (and preferably your "real" screenshots) to verify that you didn't make any typing errors)
You can also send them by mail of you don't want to post them.

How does lansweeper decide which credentials to use when scanning a computer? My error log does not have anything in it except for a few workstation errors. I can't tell whether lansweeper is even trying to scan the other domain. Is there a way to increase how much is logged?

I used lsclient when I used the free version of Lansweeper. Now that I've paid for it, I am no longer using it in my login script.

Screenshots attached.

Could you post screenshots please. (and maybe your errorlog.txt file)

Do you also use lsclient somewhere?
